We are currently looking for potential team members that are interested in growing along with us at our Rowland Heights store, located at Diamond Plaza. We also offer opportunities to be promoted
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience in the food or service industry is preferred, but not required
- Food Handler certificate is required (can obtain after job starts)
- Work availability must be minimum of 3 days. Must currently have Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday available. Must have flexibility and ability to work holidays and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and instructions
- Uniforms must be worn at all times while working shifts
- Proficiency in Chinese and/ or other languages is a plus.
- Legal working status
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, take orders, and assist customers with their orders
- Understand and comply with store operation procedures, policies, and responsibilities
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Perform cashier duties and opening and closing procedures at the beginning or end of each shift/ day
- Maintain cleanliness of the store
- Prepare food items, including cutting fruit
- Receive and report daily inventory
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance
- Promote certain product items
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with fellow staff members
- Perform duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
