Your Role: The Culinary Cornerstone

Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous quality control, presentation standards, and efficient kitchen workflows.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and high-performance.
- Financial Stewardship: Take command of inventory management, supply ordering, and strategic food cost control to maximize profitability.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations, maintaining an impeccable work environment.
- Collaborative Management: Work closely with the theater management team to ensure a cohesive, high-quality guest experience from entrance to exit.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of recent, consistent experience in kitchen management, including direct team leadership and staff development.
- Inventory Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in kitchen inventory management, including ordering, tracking, and waste reduction.
- Culinary Expertise: A deep understanding of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and industry best practices.
- Business Acumen: Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Poise Under Pressure: The ability to make sound, rapid decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for culinary arts and a drive to provide an exceptional guest experience.
