Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install plumbing systems in new constructions or remodels.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to coordinate project tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing systems and implement timely solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems on commercial or residential sites.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, schematics interpretation, and remodeling projects.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
- Manometer license
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
