We’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Our Sales Consultants help customers turn their homes into destinations for relaxation and enjoyment. You’ll represent products such as pools, hot tubs, patio furniture, playsets, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through relationship-driven selling.
- Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text for quotes and post-sale support.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.
- Strong people skills and customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a professional attitude.
- Flexible availability including weekends.
Earning Potential:
Commission and performance bonuses — top performers earn significant incentives! Hourly ($20 for the first 120 days) plus commissions during training period.
