Job description:
Insurance Customer Service Specialist
New Hampshire Auto Dealers Services, Inc. is seeking an individual to communicate with members regarding their insurance benefits via telephone, fax and email. The position processes enrollments, changes, terminations, etc. in the software system. Responsibilities will also include involvement in customer reporting, tracking, and information gathering. This role will also provide backup for the finance specialist, which includes producing invoices for members, and processing accounts receivable.
Skills:
Excellent customer service
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to learn and work with new software
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel
Accounting techniques/practices and knowledge of types of Insurance a plus
Attention to detail and quantitative skills.
Education: Associates Degree
Job Type: Full-time In person
Experience: Prior insurance experience preferred
