The Standard:
We are growing in West Michigan and we don't hire just anyone with a CDL. We run heavy spec Kenworths, Peterbilts, and Freightliners (13 & 18 speeds). We take pride in our fleet, our reputation, and our execution. If you are a professional who treats a truck like it’s your own and understands that "on time" means "fifteen minutes early," read on.
**What We Offer:**
* **Pay:** $25 - $31/hr (Based on experience and performance). Overtime after 40.
* **The Iron:** Dedicated, well-maintained heavy spec trucks. No slip-seating.
* **Stability:** Home daily. 10-12 hr shifts
**Performance Culture:** We track metrics. If you out-perform the fleet, you get paid for it. Safety, performance, and year-end bonuses.
* **Benefits:** Health, Dental, Vision, and Holiday pay.
**The Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 years CDL-A experience.
* Tanker experience preferred (we will train the right professional).
* Ability to handle heavy loads (80,000+ lbs) and manual transmissions (13/18 speed).
* Clean MVR. No excuses.
* Reliability is non-negotiable. You must be willing to work Saturdays and long hours when the job demands it.
**The Bottom Line:**
We have an open-door policy because we expect direct communication and zero drama. If you’re a reliable, high-capacity driver who wants to be known by your name and your performance rather than a truck number, call or text Ed at 616-717-3874 or www.durangojstrucking.com
