Customer Service Representative – Screen Printing & Embroidery

About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the apparel decoration industry and a strong understanding of screen printing and embroidery processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with apparel and glassware orders from start to finish
- Review artwork, proofs, and order details for accuracy
- Work closely with production staff to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
- Provide quotes and answer customer questions
- Manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire ordering process
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the screen printing and/or embroidery industry
- Working knowledge of apparel decoration processes
- Understanding of color separations and artwork requirements for production
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
