Job Overview
We’re looking for an organized, upbeat, and detail-oriented Part-Time Expo / To-Go Specialist to join our team!
You’ll be the connection between the kitchen and our guests — ensuring every meal that leaves Beeps is accurate, fresh, and perfectly packed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and check all to-go and dine-in orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation
- Communicate clearly between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle phone and online takeout orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Process cash and credit card transactions through the POS system
- Package and label all orders neatly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo and to-go stations
- Ensure all food meets Beeps’ quality and presentation standards
- Assist guests picking up orders and provide friendly service
- Restock utensils, condiments, and packaging supplies as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using POS systems (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused
- Part-time availability required (must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
