What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service
- Work outdoors and stay active – this is a hands-on leadership role
- Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and cleanliness standards
- Provide top-notch customer service and handle challenging situations with confidence
- Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish
- Work weekends – availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- High energy with a positive, lead-by-example attitude
- Extremely organized and good at managing people and priorities
- Excellent customer service skills, including handling complaints calmly
- Enjoys physical, outdoor work and staying on their feet all day
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-focused
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in car wash, automotive, or service industry
- Team leadership or management background
- Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
