Job Title: Craft Instructor
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies
- Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and educational trends
Requirements:
- Atleast four years of field experience in Electrical
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students of different abilities
- Knowledge of educational technology tools and resources
- Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs
