We’re looking for an AM Guest Services Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, building strong teams, and creating memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
This role partners with the PM Guest Services Manager to lead front desk and gift shop operations, with a focus on morning and afternoon shifts. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience – supporting your team, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every guest interaction feels thoughtful and seamless.
What You’ll Do
- Lead morning/afternoon operations at the front desk
- Coach, support, and develop front desk agents and night auditors
- Partner closely with your fellow Guest Services Manager to ensure consistency across shifts
- Hire, train, and build a strong, engaged team
- Step in to resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Monitor guest satisfaction and team engagement
- Support scheduling, daily operations, and department goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hospitality management experience at the front desk required
- Experience training and mentoring team members preferred
- Night audit experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WebRezPro experience preferred
