Integrity Verifications, Inc., is a small but established multi-location organization that has been a trusted provider of employee screening, drug testing, and Ohio Webcheck fingerprinting services for over 31 years. We are seeking dependable, long-term, professional individuals to join our select team in a full time position in a client-facing role as Drug Screening and Fingerprinting Technicians at our Mentor location.
This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, structure, and accountability in their work.
What You’ll Do
Perform drug screen collections following established DOT urine drug screening collection procedures
Conduct Ohio Webcheck fingerprinting
Conduct Hair Analysis Collections
Conduct Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)
Provide professional, courteous service to clients
Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and office supply inventory
What We Are Looking For
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Professional communication and appearance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow established and structured procedures
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 Suite of Products
A history of stable long-term employment
Experience preferred but not needed – we provide training. Candidates with healthcare, administrative, or Customer service backgrounds often do well.
What We Offer
$16–$18/hour (based on experience)
