We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Locator to join our team. The Locator will play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, contributing to a positive environment for both employees and guests. This position requires a strong focus on custodial duties, housekeeping management, and floor care, particularly in hospitality settings such as hotels and industrial cleaning environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of designated areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct thorough floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as necessary.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organized for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Experience in industrial cleaning practices will be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
