We are currently seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to join a reputable company in the El Reno area. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, this position may be a great fit for you!
1st shift - 6am - 4pm $19.25
2nd shift - 4pm - 12am $20.25
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met in a safety sensitive environment.
- Assemble axles and axle components based on customer specifications.
- Measure and verify axle/part specifications for accuracy.
- Follow established procedures and shop floor guidelines to produce high-quality products.
- Report any shortages or potential substitutions to the supervisor.
- Adhere to schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and correctly.
- Communicate any issues or quality concerns to the supervisor or group leader.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere among coworkers.
- Rework axles as required.
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Assembly Experience
- Attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Able to pass a Nationwide Background Check and Drug Screen
