TITLE: Assistant Varsity Football Coach
REPORTS TO: Head Football Coach, Activities Director and High School Principal
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coach both an offensive and defensive position group. The position groups will be assigned based on qualifications and Team needs.

Run scout teams during practices.

Assist in organizing, conducting, and evaluating daily practices.

Attending all meetings called by the Head Coach.

Enforce all regulations of Beckman Catholic High School and the IHSAA including informing the participants of these policies.

Promote and remain loyal to the philosophies of the Beckman Catholic Football Program.

Provide feedback and communicate with the Head Coach about individual and team issues.

Model the highest level of integrity and ethical behavior.

Know the rules of your sport.

Attending clinics and reading literature to continue coaching knowledge growth.

Work hard. Be positive. Be on time.
IN SEASON SCHEDULE: August-November
QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization as mandated by the Iowa Department of Education, Iowa Board of Educational Examiners, Iowa High School Athletic Association.

To develop and promote the Beckman Catholic Football program.
