Sandy Springs Dental needs a general dentist associate for Fridays, ongoing.
Straightforward 75% PPO practice doing $1.4M a year. 6 ops. Pano, Medit scanner, no CBCT yet. Full oral surgery and endo carts. No HMO, no Medicaid. Around 50 new patients a month, with good cosmetic demand in the area - veneers, Invisalign. The patients are here.

Compensation
Temp/trial days: $900 flat, prorated $112.50/hour under 8 hours, paid by ACH three business days after each day worked.
After trial days, a daily minimum guarantee starts at $1,100, deposited bi-weekly and prorated on 8-hour days. It steps down $50 per bi-weekly pay period to a $650 floor - by then a productive associate should be earning well above the guarantee to the point the guarantee should not be a consideration.
Long term: 33% of collections less 33% of lab fees, calculated monthly, paid by the 15th of the following month. Continues 90 days after termination, so you are paid on work that collects after you leave.
1099 contractor. No non-compete. 30 days written notice either way after your first few working days.
Schedule & Requirements
Hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 30-minute lunch. Optional Saturdays 8 AM - 3 PM if you want them. Some endo and oral surgery preferred, at least through bicuspid. Active Georgia license and malpractice coverage required.
