To continue with our planned growth this year, we are specifically targeting experienced General Managers and Assitant Managers with a passion and expertise for craft alcoholic beverages and a comfort level with high volume (60,000/week or higher sales)
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, with at least 1 year in high volume (defined as 30,000 weekly sales and a staff of 10-100 or more) – A very experienced Associate General Manager may be considered if expertise and potential is appropriate to the needs of the position.
- Confidence in all departments, including back of house and bar operations
- Track record of selecting and developing strong managers
Job Duties –our job duties are consistent with typical industry expectations for a Restaurant Manager. As an independently owned company, our managers will experience more opportunities to directly impact process, procedure and product development than is customary.
