What You'll Do
- Support in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead, coach, training and motivate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Help achieve sales goals and store performance targets
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support inventory management and operational processes
- Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Valid Driver's License
