RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site and remote customer support. Install, commission, maintain, and repair cooling and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
- Read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Follow safety procedures and complete service documentation.
Qualification:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- HVAC Certification or equivalent experience.
- EPA Refrigerant License or related industry experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge and HVAC theory.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred:
- Data center cooling experience.
- Knowledge of OHM's Law and electrical test equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
Physical:
- Lift 50–75 lbs.
- Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and crawling.
- Work in extreme temperatures and outdoor environments.
- Flexible schedule with possible on-call duties.
