Duties
- Analyze client needs and organizational goals to develop comprehensive workplace strategies that optimize space utilization and support business growth.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing facilities, including space planning, occupancy analysis, and infrastructure evaluations.
- Advise clients on real estate options, lease negotiations, and occupancy planning to ensure cost-effective and compliant workspace solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including legal, finance, and facilities management—to ensure workplace plans adhere to industry regulations such as estate planning laws, securities law, and financial compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals outlining recommended workplace designs, project timelines, and budget considerations.
- Stay informed of industry trends in financial services, banking regulations, and asset management to incorporate best practices into workspace planning.
- Support client communication by explaining complex concepts related to financial markets, investment management advisory services, and industry-specific regulations clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience practicing in the securities industry or financial services sector with a strong understanding of financial concepts such as estate planning, securities law, tax experience, wealth management, and investment strategies.
- Knowledge of industry regulations including FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) standards and other relevant compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools, financial software applications, and research methodologies used in asset management and investment client management.
- Strong background in financial planning, portfolio management, cash management, accounting principles—including corporate accounting—and technical accounting practices.
- Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated expertise in banking services knowledge—such as banking operations, customer relationship management—and understanding of financial markets dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data accurately using mathematical skills to support strategic decision-making related to workspace solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field; professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or similar are preferred.
