Social Worker (CBRS & Case Management)
Location: Idaho
Pay: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time (30 hours/week to start, potential to increase to full-time 40 hours/week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to provide Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) and Case Management for individuals with mental health needs.
You’ll help clients build skills, access resources, and work toward recovery and independence—all while collaborating with a caring, multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual CBRS and case management services
- Deliver crisis intervention and support
- Use behavioral therapy techniques to address client-specific goals
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (including ICD-10 coding)
Qualifications
- Eligible to work as a Case Manager and CBRS provider under State of Idaho rules including necessary bachelor's or higher degree in related field.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing severe mental health issues and crisis situations
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and recovery-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid Idaho driver’s license and reliable transportation required
