Are you ready to drive the commercialization and cross-functional execution of industry-defining retail media platforms? In this dynamic dual-function role, you will partner directly with product, sales, and marketing leaders to translate complex ad capabilities into high-impact GTM strategies. You will act as a consultative partner within a Global Retail Media Leader, delivering actionable market insights and managing end-to-end program delivery
Responsibilities:
- Architect and execute end-to-end GTM strategies to accelerate ad platform adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Develop narrative-rich sales enablement assets and value propositions to position product capabilities effectively in the market.
- Lead cross-functional program delivery and roadmaps to ensure seamless coordination across product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Analyze market research data and customer insights to conduct recurring business reviews and guide strategic quarterly planning.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, go-to-market execution, or program management within complex digital ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in content building, sales enablement, and end-to-end product commercialization strategies.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional workflows, maintaining program roadmaps, and delivering executive-level reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
