Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Person and FOH Juicer/Cashier/Barista, where you'll be at the heart of creating an energetic and welcoming environment for our customers. Whether you're crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages, handling retail transactions, or providing exceptional customer service, your enthusiasm and attention to detail will shine. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with skill and enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation meet standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and give correct change using basic math skills
- Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude eager to contribute to a lively team atmosphere
