We are seeking an experienced and hands-on marketing leader to oversee corporate marketing, downstream product marketing, digital marketing execution, and commercialization support initiatives.
This role will partner closely with Commercial, Product Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and external agency partners to support market awareness, product adoption, customer engagement, and corporate communications.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and strong execution capabilities, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly collaborative environment.
Position Summary
The Senior Director of Corporate Marketing is responsible for leading Lumos Diagnostics’ corporate marketing initiatives, downstream product marketing activities, digital marketing execution, and investor-related communications support.
This role oversees the development and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, messaging, and materials that support commercial objectives, product positioning, corporate visibility, and customer engagement.
The position will lead marketing efforts across Lumos’ products and services business, including support for commercialization initiatives related to FebriDx and future products.
This role also oversees management of external marketing agencies and supports alignment across digital marketing, distributor-facing materials, corporate communications, and go-to-market activities.
What You’ll Do
Corporate Marketing & Brand Management
- Lead development and execution of corporate marketing strategies and brand positioning initiatives
- Oversee company website, digital content, presentations, brochures, social media, and external marketing materials
- Ensure consistency of messaging across corporate, product, and commercial communications
- Support development of executive presentations, external communications, and corporate marketing initiatives
- Help strengthen Lumos Diagnostics’ overall market visibility and brand presence
Product & Commercial Marketing
- Lead downstream product marketing initiatives supporting Lumos’ diagnostic product portfolio, including FebriDx
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that support commercialization and market adoption
- Partner closely with Commercial teams to support customer engagement, distributor enablement, and sales support initiatives
- Develop sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and distributor-facing materials
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and commercial priorities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, webinars, and related platforms
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement
- Support content development and campaign execution across multiple marketing channels
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple priorities
Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Support
- Support development of investor-related materials and external corporate communications
- Coordinate with external IR and PR partners, as needed
- Help ensure alignment between corporate messaging and external communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Commercial, Product Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Operations teams
- Support alignment between marketing initiatives and broader business objectives
- Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented working environment
- Provide leadership and coordination across marketing projects and initiatives

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within diagnostics, medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience supporting downstream/product marketing and commercialization initiatives
- Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience supporting corporate marketing and digital marketing initiatives
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and marketing projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting diagnostic or IVD product commercialization
- Experience within a regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or medical device environment
- Experience supporting investor relations or external corporate communications initiatives
- Experience working with distributor or channel partner marketing programs
- MBA or advanced degree
Compensation & Benefits
Lumos Diagnostics offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Annual base salary range of $195,000 – $210,000
- Eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus
