Now Hiring: Baker or Baker Apprentice
Tuesday–Saturday | 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are a scratch bakery looking for a motivated and dependable addition to our team. We make everything in-house, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Baker Position ($20-$25)
Experience Required
Candidates must have hands-on experience with:
- Bread production
- Cake decorating
- Pastry experience
We are looking for applicants with true production experience from scratch. Pulling products from a freezer and baking off pre-made items does not qualify as experience for this position.
A working interview will be required to demonstrate skills.
Baker Apprentice Position ($17-$20)
Previous food service or kitchen experience is strongly encouraged, but not required. We are looking for someone with:
- A willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
Requirements for Both Positions
- Must be able to work the scheduled hours: 4AM – 12 PM
- Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to do basic math
- Must follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Must work well in a team environment
