What You’ll Do
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and interior/exterior repairs
- Complete make-ready unit turns to ensure homes are move-in ready
- Maintain community grounds, pool conditions, and common areas
- Perform timely snow removal and preventive maintenance inspections
- Assist contractors and vendors with special projects as directed
- Document work orders and maintenance reports accurately
What You Bring
- Strong maintenance and repair skills across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, and interior/exterior work
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work on-call shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- HVAC certification a plus
- EPA 608 certification preferred — or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire (training and testing funded by TAG + $1/hr bump upon certification)
- CPO license preferred or willing to obtain
