An established law firm based in Tampa, FL with over 10+ years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. Looking to add a real estate-focused attorney with experience handling commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, while advising clients on compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
3+ years of experience practicing real estate law with a focus on transactional matters
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and related closing documents
Strong understanding of Florida real estate law and local regulatory requirements
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating with a team
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract through closing
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing materials
Conduct due diligence reviews including title, survey, and zoning matters
Advise clients on real estate development, land use, and regulatory compliance issues
Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel to ensure efficient closings
