The Front Porch in Hawthorne is looking for staff members.
The restaurant will serve American food with Asian twists. We are seeking creative and energetic staff members.
Should be open to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Also, have the ability to work as a team player as well as independently. Must have a positive attitude, be personable, and well kept. Must have good communication and people skills. Must know how to follow directions as instructed.
BOH staff: **Kitchen experience is a plus**- Must know how to maintain food quality and food safety standards - Must be organized and be able to maintain a clean work area - Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time - Able to grasp, lift, carry up to 50 pounds, as needed - Able to distinguish product, taste, texture, temperature, presentation, and preparation. For those that do not have experience, we are willing to train, but applicant must be motivated and driven.
