We are seeking a consultative growth sales team member based in Texas to bridge the gap between our elite engineering expertise and the state’s massive legal and insurance sectors. As an Outside B2B Sales Representative, you will be the face of our multi-disciplinary firm across the Lone Star State. You will build trusted relationships with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and risk managers who need immediate, rock-solid technical investigations across a massive variety of loss type
We are not looking for someone to just pitch products or read from a script. We need a consultative growth partner who can open doors, understand complex business challenges, and deliver high-value professional services to our prospects and clients.
Essential Functions

Present a Diverse Portfolio: Connect Texas clients with our specialized experts in Structural, Mechanical, and Building Systems engineering.

Present Expert Personnel for Casualty & Liability Claims: Drive new business by positioning our team for Accident Reconstruction, Product Failures, Slip/Trip/Falls, and Premises Liability investigations.

Educate the Texas Market: Connect the market with our team for our ongoing state-approved Continuing Education (CE) and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars to show law firms and insurance panels how our technical data wins cases.

Map and Conquer the Territory: Proactively hunt for new Texas law firm and carrier accounts while expanding our footprint within existing insurance panels.

Essential Skills for Performing the Job

3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience. Ideally, targeting Texas law firms (plaintiff/defense litigation), commercial insurance carriers, or third-party administrators (TPAs). No experience in this area? SELL US on why YOU can do this.

Deep understanding of, or existing relationships within the Texas legal or insurance landscape. No existing relationships? Demonstrate to us how you became a trusted advisor in your industry.

Broad comfort with technical concepts across construction, mechanical systems, physics, or safety regulations.

Stellar personal presentation skills with experience delivering our technical expertise in a simple-to-understand manner.

Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned Texas territory.

Compensation & Financial Upside
We provide a structured runway designed to support your early pipeline-building phase while massively rewarding your long-term success:

Years 1 & 2 (Stability & Growth):A 60/40 Split (60% guaranteed base salary / 40% target commission) to give you the financial security needed to build relationships and learn our technical capabilities.

Year 3+ (High-Earner Transition):Moves to a performance-driven 40/60 Split (40% base salary / 60% commission) as your established pipeline matures, shifting your earning potential into overdrive with uncapped commissions.
Other Requirements
Valid Driver’s License in good standing, and demonstrated safe driving habits.
Ability to pass a background check as required for the position
Position Type/Expected Hours
This is a full-time position. Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Physical Demands
This position is a combination of sedentary work and travel-related work. An employee is regularly required to drive, stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, and hear.
Travel
This position requires travel to and within the assigned market(s) up to 50% - 70% of the time. Some overnight travel is required.
