We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are processed efficiently and accurately, facilitating smooth communication between the kitchen staff and the front of house. Duties
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests from customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to food orders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay information between kitchen and service staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
