Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Designer - II to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Civil 3D (CAD) software to develop precise, high-quality drawings and models that bring engineering, and construction projects to life. Your contributions will be pivotal in translating concepts into detailed schematics and construction documentation. Duties
- Create detailed 2D drawings, schematics, and construction documentation using CAD software such as Civil 3D
- Develop accurate 3D models
- Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to produce system infrastructure designs.
- Prepare construction details and schematics that facilitate smooth onsite implementation while maintaining high-quality drafting standards.
- Utilize Bluebeam for markup review, document management, and collaboration during project development phases.
Experience
- Proven experience in CAD design within engineering, or construction industries with a focus on Residential Subdivisions.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software including Civil 3D
- Knowledge of construction processes combined with practical experience in construction detail documentation and site coordination.
