TIG Welder

Pay: $25 - $32 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with 1-2 years of experience working with stainless steel and aluminum. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, perform high-quality welds, and maintain strict quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of TIG welding experience required.
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding symbols and measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding certification is a plus.
- Experience in custom fabrication or manufacturing environments.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
