About the Role
Dr. Z and Dr. Mo are the driven duo behind Z Dentist, a fast-growing dental practice in San Antonio. While their business is thriving, they are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to bring order, ease, and proactive support to their home life first and foremost.
This role is deeply rooted in household management—you’ll be the go-to person to ensure their personal life runs smoothly, their home stays organized and functional, and their family (pets included!) is cared for with attention and heart. You’ll also lend a hand to the business on occasion, offering light support with administrative tasks when needed.
What You'll Handle
From keeping the home tidy and welcoming, to making sure the grocery list is handled and the travel plans are seamless, this is a role that covers it all.
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Managing household schedules and appointments
- Light housekeeping and home organization
- Coordinating errands, shopping, and supplies
- Caring for plants and pets (MUST love dogs!)
- Assisting with transportation for children or family needs
- Booking travel and handling personal logistics
- Supporting household projects and seasonal tasks
- Occasionally helping with professional admin support (email, vendors, docs)
- Coordinating company events
- Putting together company gifts

Position Details
- Full-time role based in San Antonio, TX
- $20+/hr
- Must have your own reliable transportation
- Some evening or weekend flexibility may be needed
