Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management, and safe handling of materials. This role is vital in maintaining a high standard of accuracy and productivity within a fast-paced distribution environment. Your leadership will ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while maintaining a safe workplace for everyone. Responsibilities
- · Lead and coordinate daily fulfillment activities including receiving and processing purchase orders, order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
· Oversees work and provides technical guidance to shipping staff to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping.
· Enters orders received into invoicing system and prepares for fulfillment by shipping staff
· Communicates with customers, brokers, and sales representatives to resolve issues, inquiries, and provide general customer service in connection with the receipt of orders
· Confers with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
· Coordinates effectively with UPS, FedEx, and other vendors to schedule pickups, resolve disputes, and maintain day-to-day operations
· Establishes guidelines for efficiency and safety, and implement quality control measures during order fulfillment to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction
· Observes and monitors work to ensure that workers conform to shipping standards and procedures
· Tracks and manages inventory of shipping materials
· Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor with hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications, experience in communicating professionally via email and phone, and familiarity with operating in various customer portals and databases
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, order calculations, and data entry accuracy; attention to detail; organization; critical thinking
- Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and management skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time as well as the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
· Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask
· No allergies to natural fragrances

Pay: $22.85 - $29.93 per hour
