Front of House Team Member (Part Time positions available with opportunities for more hours)
MAKE UP TO $21 AN HOUR WITH TIPS! We are looking for a customer service expert to join our West Ashley location. Front of House (FOH) responsibilities include educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking drink and food orders. FOH employees are also expected to learn how to make drinks with an espresso machine, maintain an clean work environment, and work opening and closing shifts.
We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and an outgoing personality. Ultimately, you’re here to ensure an excellent experience for our guests. Barista experience is preferred but we are also willing to train the right person!
Note: you will also make additional cash & online tips in addition to your hourly rate.
Hourly rate begins at $15/hr
Most of our FOH employees average between $18 - $21 an hour with tips. Sometimes more!
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED!
Responsibilities
· Greet customers as they enter
· Go over drink, bagel & food menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
· Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
· Prepare beverages following recipes
· Serve beverages and prepared food
· Receive and process payments (cash, credit cards, and gift cards)
· Handle Cash deposits
· Keep the bar area and tables clean
Work Remotely
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
