We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Counseling or Social Work Degree, or degree eligible in the next 6 months; MHP credentials or dual licensed eligible preferred) to provide individual and group counseling services to adults enrolled in our behavioral health services. The counselor will work within a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes substance use counselors, vocational counselors and psychiatric nurse practitioners, who work together to provide a full continuum of care in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to build an effective therapeutic relationship with participants, effective clinical writing skills and organizational skills.
