Founded in the SF Bay Area in 2018, Yellowsack is currently one of the leading companies for waste management hauling in the Resource and Transportation Industry. Yellowsack understands that efficiency and speed is the overall need in today’s norm, thus, using a combination of technology, advanced vehicle customization and next day services, Yellowsack has proven again and again that we strive to be the leader in the waste removal industry.
Yellowsack sells bags known as “Yellow sacks” that are being utilized by both contractors and residentials. Clients purchase the bag, fill it, and schedule a pick-up! As easy as 1, 2, 3!

In this role, you will be expected:
- Driving to multiple client and customer sites within your designated area, successfully delivering our product containing medium and large sacks (Sacks are folded accordingly for easy transportation)
- Quickly learn how the business operates and open to delivering in outside territories of the San Francisco Bay area as needed (Livermore, Morgan Hill, Concord, etc.).
- Ensuring top-notch and seamless customer experience for every customer
- Making decisions in the customer’s best interest, but at the same time supporting Yellowsack’s vision and mission
- Demonstrating proficiency in presenting and delivering Yellowsack’s products and services
- Demonstrating basic knowledge and ability in using digital technology such as:
- Computer
- Mobile devices (phone and tablet)
- Demonstrating proper communication and interaction with our customers to build and strengthen the company’s relationship with them
- Adapting to different customer’s scenarios, but still maintaining a positive impact for the customer
- Plowing through challenging customer concerns

- Resolving all customer issues by partnering with management and employees
**Please note that you need to be flexible with driving in multiple locations varying in distance**

Pay: $18 - $21 hourly

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (Required), Bachelor (Preferred)
- 2-5 years’ experience in operations, transportation, eCommerce, project management, or related area
- 2+ years in customer service
- Knowledge of eCommerce, specifically to the tune of Last Mile and Same Day Delivery
- Basic IT Skills (MS Excel)
- 3+ years of delivery/driving services (preferred)
- Class C license
- Able to speak English
