Job Overview

Duties
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Execute framing, drywall installation, siding, roofing, stucco, and trim carpentry tasks with precision
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate construction work
- Support restoration, remodeling, masonry, plastering, and siding projects as needed to meet project specifications
Qualifications
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math for measurements
- Strong knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing (including metal stud framing), and drywall work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Experience with construction management principles is a plus but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and executing plans accurately
- Valid experience with site safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards is preferred
