Seattle Spine & Sports Medicine is a growing, physician-owned specialty practice dedicated to helping patients recover from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and neurological conditions. As our practice continues to expand, we're looking for a motivated Clinical Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in medicine who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career in healthcare.
Position Summary
As a Clinical Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our physicians and providers to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced specialty practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare patients for their visits, assist with procedures, support clinical operations, and become an integral part of the care team.

You'll receive extensive hands-on training from our experienced clinical team, with opportunities to expand your skills and responsibilities as you grow within the practice.
This position will primarily train in our Seattle office while providing support at both our Seattle and Lynnwood locations as our practice continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for their appointments and assist providers throughout the clinic day
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms before and after patient visits
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures, injections, and regenerative medicine treatments
- Prepare platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and other procedural supplies
- Clean, stock, and maintain exam rooms and clinical equipment
- Assist with patient education and post-visit instructions
- Accurately document information within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate with providers and front office staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Support daily clinic operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Reliable transportation between our Seattle and Lynnwood clinics when needed
Preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office or other healthcare setting
- Coursework or education in biology, kinesiology, exercise science, nursing, pre-med, public health, or another healthcare-related field
- Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR)
Certification is not required. We're committed to training the right person who is excited to learn and grow within our practice.

After successfully completing your initial training and demonstrating proficiency in the role, we'll cover the full cost of obtaining phlebotomy certification. Once certified, you'll expand your clinical skill set and receive a $1.00 per hour pay increase.

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
No evenings or weekends.
Compensation
$23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
