Qualifications:
- Experience in home health or other health related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Punctuality is a MUST
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to re-direct/alleviate patient behaviors
- Spinal Cord Injury experience
- Catheter Care experience
- Valid Driver’s License

We are seeking a compassionate High Tech HHA/CNA to become a part of our team! You will provide routine in-home care per a care plan and under the direct supervision of a nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care including but not limited to medication reminders, bathing/dressing, meal preparation, assigned ADLS, etc.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status and behaviors
- Support social interactions and involvement within the community
- Transport patient to appointments as well as run errands (MANDITORY)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
