Job Description:
Genesee Cut Stone & Marble Co. is one of the premier stone fabricators in Michigan with seventy plus years of experience in commercial and residential construction projects.
The company is looking for a customer service representative who is comfortable working in sales. Must be comfortable answering phones on a regular basis.
Skill Requirements:
- Thoroughness and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn the ability to read architectural, interior design drawings, and cabinet drawings for countertops.
Responsibilities:
- Bid countertop projects based on a variety of drawings and measurements
- Communicate with various kitchen dealers and builders about countertop projects
- Manage projects throughout the process of initial sale to delivery and installation
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts
- Sell a variety of different natural stone products
- Write receipts and sales orders
