Shift: 1st, 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Rate: $26.00-$30.00 (Based on experience)
Summary: As an Experienced Manual/CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes by operating manual CNC machines, lathes, brake presses and supporting fabrication tasks in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Essential Functions:
- Operate and set up CNC/manual mills, lathes, and other machines (3- or 4-axis).
- Program, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure top-quality output.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide your work.
- Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure precision.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machines, including minor repairs and tooling upkeep.
- Perform fabrication tasks like cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Collaborate with the team on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of machining experience (CNC mills, lathes, manual machines preferred).
- Skilled in G&M code editing, reading blueprints, and interpreting X, Y, Z coordinates.
- Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ability to troubleshoot, adjust speeds/feeds, and perform setups independently.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Manual machining : 4 years (Preferred)
- Haas CNC : 2 years (Preferred)
- CNC mills/lathes: 2 years (Preferred)
