Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Superintendent to lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety protocols. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success and client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex projects and make a tangible impact in the construction industry.
Additional Areas of Responsibility
- Managing contractors, such as drywall, framing carpenters, and masonry.
- Coordinating materials and equipment deliveries Superintendent with vendors and suppliers
- Creating cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs
- Developing overall project and weekly work schedules for workers.
- Maintaining a daily log for the job site’s operations, including personnel and equipment
- Conducting daily site inspections for quality assurance.
- Leading safety meetings and performing safety checks to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries
- Updating project managers about site progress.
- Remaining informed about the latest building codes and construction safety standards
Other Information/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the Construction Industry, 5 or more years of Superintendent experience, Drywall, Stucco, and Metal Stud Framing.
