We're a fun-loving, playful household with a driven, creative entrepreneur and her energetic toddler. Our style is minimalist; we like things simple, beautiful, and functional. The aesthetic here matters: every item earns its place, and there's a real appreciation for good design, quality ingredients, and thoughtful choices. Our days are full and well-paced, with plenty of activities. After work and school each day we prioritize meaningful family time. We love getting outside and throwing rocks in the creek, dancing to the band at the local farmers market, and playing water games on the back deck. Evenings are intentional, with a consistent routine that keeps us both balanced. We're navigating a transitional season right now, which makes the right household support not just helpful but genuinely meaningful. This role will feel like a true partnership. The right person will step in, read the room, and make things run smoother without being asked twice.
The ideal candidate brings warm, upbeat energy into the home. You're playful and creative with kids, easy-going in conversation, and quietly capable when it comes to getting things done. You have exceptional taste and a natural eye for design and detail. You walk into a space and immediately see how it could function better or look more beautiful, and you take initiative to make that happen. You're happy, upbeat, and grounded - someone who brings good energy without overwhelming the room. You're observant, intuitive and proactive by nature. If you notice something needs fixing, you make the call. If something is running low, you restock it. You're flexible - if plans change, you can pivot with ease.Honesty and integrity are non-negotiables for you, and you take ownership of your work without needing to be micromanaged. You treat a family's home with care and respect, and you can be trusted with sensitive information and personal matters. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and take pride in doing things well. Most importantly, you're looking for a long-term role where you can become a trusted, invaluable partner in our family's life.
