We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team. This part-time role offers exceptional flexibility (5–10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as our program expands). The position is ideal for a psychiatrist seeking meaningful outpatient work, professional respect, and a collaborative environment—with the convenience of a flexible schedule and a manageable caseload.
On-site work is required for initial patient meetings, but telehealth and hybrid arrangements are possible for follow-up care and consultations.
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for adult clients
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
Offer clinical consultation and supervision to our clinical team
Participate in case reviews and contribute to individualized treatment planning
Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant documentation in our EHR system
Maintain a client-centered, trauma-informed approach
Help shape and grow our clinical programs through your expertise
MD or DO, licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry (required)
Completion of at least 3 years of psychiatry residency
Current DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II–V medications
ASAM (Addiction Medicine) certification is a plus, but not required
Experience working in outpatient, addiction, or community mental health settings is highly valued
