Position Responsibilities:-
Teach 5 classes of Spanish, both College Prep and Honors (Novice Mid through Intermediate Mid levels)

Candidates should have advanced oral proficiency in Spanish

Candidates should have a solid understanding of the ACTFL Standards and the 2021 MA World Language Frameworks
- Create a proficiency based classroom learning environment that is engaging, student-centered, and safe and welcoming

Incorporate authentic materials and target all four modes of communication
- Assess the progress of students towards proficiency goals using a variety of assessment types, including performance-based assessments

Partner and communicate with families and support staff members to best meet the needs of each individual student

Work effectively and collaboratively with students and colleagues
