Position Summary
The Regional Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and compliance of a portfolio of properties within an assigned region. This leadership role ensures that property teams operate efficiently, meet occupancy and revenue goals, and deliver high-quality resident experiences while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Regional Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily operations across multiple properties within the assigned region
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate property conditions, staff performance, and operational compliance
- Ensure consistency in policies, procedures, and service standards across all locations
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve performance
- Maintain strong communication between site teams and executive leadership
Financial Management & Performance
- Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control for the region
- Analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and key performance metrics
- Drive revenue growth through occupancy strategies, rent optimization, and cost management
- Collaborate with leadership on annual budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required financial and operational reports
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Monitor occupancy levels, leasing activity, and market trends within the region
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident retention and satisfaction
- Address escalated resident concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to maintain strong leasing performance
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Review and approve weekly, monthly, and annual reports from property teams
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documentation
- Maintain organized records, property data, and regional reporting systems
- Utilize property management software and reporting tools to track performance
Education:
AA Preferred
Professional Certification or License:
Real Estate License
Specialized Knowledge:
Property Management Software (Preferably Appfolio), employment laws, organization
Skills:
Interpersonal, excellent organization, scheduling and time management, leadership, clerical
Abilities:
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Experience:
3-5+ years of property management experience, with multi-site supervision preferred
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
