Part-Time Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator
Potential to Grow into a Full-Time Position
We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable team member to join our office on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as we continue to grow.
In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping create a positive experience while keeping our daily schedule running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Schedule service appointments and make adjustments throughout the day as priorities change.
- Manage the daily schedule by balancing technician availability, customer needs, travel time, and urgent calls—think of it as playing Tetris with the schedule.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
- Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and job details.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous office, dispatch, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus and highly recommended, but we're willing to train the right person.
