Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Worker to join our team For a small tree business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to grounds maintenance, including tree care, land landscape management.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Operate various equipment including rigs and bucket trucks for tree trimming and care.
- Conduct tree trimming and care activities to promote growth and safety
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of debris and waste appropriately.
Qualifications
- Experience with landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment Such as a chipper
- Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning.
- Familiarity with GIS technology is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.

Pay: $100.00 - $129.27 per day
