Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster II — California | 100% Remote
Handle moderate-complexity California workers' compensation claims — medical, indemnity, and litigation — from a fully remote setup with west coast hours (M–F, 8am–5pm PDT).
What you'll do:
- Manage compensability, reserving, benefits, and state filings
- Coordinate medical treatment and contain costs proactively
- Partner with defense counsel to mitigate and resolve litigation
- Drive your caseload toward timely, efficient closure
What you bring:
- 2–5 years of workers' compensation claims experience
- Working knowledge of California WC statutes and regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- California adjuster license preferred — we'll reimburse all licensing costs if you need to obtain it
